Terms and Conditions of Trade.
Payment Terms
All sale orders require cleared payment before goods are released.
Orders As the collection is very large and all fabrics are imported from Europe, Harry Harry will endeavour to delivery your order as fast as possible. Many items are in stock and available to leave within 24hrs of payment made however please allow up to 6 weeks if order is not in stock. Limit of Liability All goods supplied are on the condition that any fault or defect is limited to an amount not exceeding the purchase price and Harry Harry Pty Ltd shall
not be liable for any incidental or consequential loss.
Prices Minimum order 1 metre per article. Prices include GST and all prices shown in AUD.
Freight All Australian orders attract a flat rate of $12.00 AUD total per order.
All New Zealand orders attract a flat rate charge of $30.00 AUD total per order. Additional freight charges apply only for client requests for urgent overnight post or express deliveries.

- Claims Before order is cut, please ensure the fabric supplied is the correct design and
suitable for your proposed furnishing product or application. We will not accept
any claims on goods once they have been cut or processed.
- After Treatment No responsibility will be accepted for changes in appearance or in defects caused
by after treatments such as scotch guarding, spray anti-stain or flame retardency.
Any fabrics treated should be first tested on a cutting of the fabric.
- Returns Approval must be obtained before returns can be accepted. Returns accepted
must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. No returns or exchanges will
be accepted on any sale stock.
- Colour Matching With dye lot variations, no colour match can be guaranteed between batches or to
sample. If matching is required, please request a cutting of stock for approval.
