INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
HARRY HARRY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes or requested alternative delivery then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To follow up on a delivery simply e-mail us at sales@harryharry.com.au and we will notify you of you shipment number. You can then check the status of your shipment by visiting our shipping partner’s website and entering this information.

Simply type in your unique order and shipment numbers which we emailed to you and you can track your shipment.
